How refunds and cancellations work at SellersSpark

Refunds apply to subscription fees paid directly to SellersSpark. Third-party fees, taxes, and charges outside our control are not refundable.

2. Cancellation window

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual and quarterly plans follow the notice terms in your order form.

3. Refund requests

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email, invoice ID, and reason for the request. We review each case to ensure it meets policy criteria.

4. Partial refunds

For prepaid plans, partial refunds may be available at our discretion based on unused service periods minus any applicable discounts or fees.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Service issues

If you experience service disruptions caused by SellersSpark, contact support. We will work to resolve issues promptly and may provide credits at our discretion.
