These terms outline your responsibilities, permitted use, and the protections we apply across the SellersSpark platform.
By accessing or using SellersSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies referenced herein. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business and that the business accepts these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities conducted under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You will not:
Fees, billing frequency, and payment methods are defined in your order form or subscription plan. Charges are due in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
The platform connects with third-party marketplaces, logistics providers, and applications. You are responsible for complying with their terms. We are not liable for actions, omissions, or service outages caused by third parties.
All trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and content provided through the Services are owned by SellersSpark or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload but grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the Services.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information obtained from the other and to use it solely for fulfilling these Terms. This obligation survives termination for three years, except for trade secrets, which remain confidential indefinitely.
You may terminate your subscription by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and we will provide access to export your data for 30 days.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellersSpark disclaims all warranties. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellersSpark, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage amicable resolution and may suggest mediation before litigation.
We may update these Terms to reflect product enhancements, legal changes, or business requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
